Keeping your “MyFreeScoreNow” account active is crucial. This is how I monitor your credit reports and confirm what’s been deleted, changed, or verified. Please don’t downgrade or cancel during the repair process it’s the only way I can track your score and ensure all 3 bureaus are updated. I’ll send updates via email and/or text as things move along
We’re a team — and while I’ll be working hard to dispute inaccurate, negative items, you play a big part too. Some tips:
* Pay your bills on time
* Keep credit card utilization under 10%
* Avoid applying for new credit
* Stay consistent and patient!

To ensure the best possible results, please follow these important guidelines throughout your credit repair journey:
1. Avoid applying for new credit during the process, unless it’s for a tradeline that does not require a hard credit inquiry.
2. Submit all investigation results received from the credit bureaus within 3–5 business days of receiving them.
3. Do not speak with collection agencies or admit to any debts over the phone. Please allow me to handle all communication on your behalf.
4. Make all payments on time. Even one late payment can negatively impact your credit score by 30 to 120 points.
5. Maintain active credit monitoring. Your account will be paused if monthly monitoring is not kept up to date.
6. Focus on building positive credit history by keeping your credit card balances low and making timely payments.
7. Failure to follow these guidelines or allowing credit monitoring to lapse for more than 10 business days may result in removal from the program.
You’ll receive regular email and text updates on your credit, your file status, and educational tips. We also offer a free monthly coaching call, by request only, where we’ll walk through changes in your report and help you build a stronger credit future.
